Review availability and terms
TFI evaluates the route and compatible carrier capacity, then presents the shipment details and pricing for confirmation.

The motor carrier picks up
The selected independent motor carrier inspects, documents, loads, and physically transports the vehicle.

Inspect at delivery
Review the vehicle and bill of lading at delivery, record any exception, and retain the shipment documents.
Before you confirm a shipment
- Confirm the legal name and regulated role of the company arranging transportation.
- Review the origin, destination, vehicle, equipment, timing, price, and payment terms.
- Retain the broker agreement, motor-carrier information, and pickup bill of lading.
- Photograph the vehicle at both handoffs and document any exception before signing when possible.
