3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

TFI Trans does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

We do not use the information you submit to us to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.

We share information only as needed to provide our services and operate our business, including with:

Authorized motor carriers, to arrange and complete your vehicle transport order.
Service providers that operate our business on our behalf, including our website host (Vercel Inc.) and our email-delivery provider (Resend, Inc.), which process information only to provide services to us.
Payment processors, where applicable, to process transactions you authorize.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and access to submitted information is limited to personnel and service providers who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We maintain procedures to respond to security incidents and will notify affected individuals and authorities where required by applicable law.
